Our Companionship and Wellbeing plans are ideal for people who need minimal clinical support, but are looking for some company and help getting out and about. We focus on cultivating meaningful relationships, promoting mental and emotional well-being to prevent loneliness and isolation. Our care packages are designed so that every carer shares the interests of the people they care for. This way we can ensure genuine connections are formed and everyone feels more at ease.

We don’t just help our clients in the home, our companionship and wellbeing plans can support with the following:

Living independently at home

Maintaining independence is essential to a high quality of life. Our living independently at home plans go beyond companionship, providing comprehensive assistance that covers personal care tasks, medication support, and help around the house. Our trained carers are there to lend a helping hand, ensuring safety and comfort while enabling our clients to enjoy life to the fullest within the familiar surroundings of their home.

Our carers can provide all the features of a companionship package in addition to supporting with meal preparation, ensuring that all clients receive the nutrition and hydration that they need.

Our complex care plans are designed to enable those with a chronic illness or long-term health needs to live comfortably. Our specialised complex care plans are meticulously crafted to cater to each client's unique needs and circumstances. We take a condition-led approach, ensuring that the level of support provided is precisely tailored to ensure the highest quality of care.

Our comprehensive complex care plans encompass a wide spectrum of conditions and requirements. From dementia and Parkinson's disease to brain or spinal injuries, palliative care, and sensory impairments, our adaptable care plans are designed to address a variety of complex health situations. Our dedicated teams work with medical professionals and family members to develop a holistic care strategy that promotes wellbeing, preserves independence, and provides both physical and emotional support.

Around the clock support

Perhaps more around-the-clock support is needed? If so our Live-in and 24-hour care plans would be more suitable. These comprehensive plans guarantee that there is always a familiar face to offer support, day or night.

Our Live-in care option delivers a deeply personal approach, with a dedicated carer residing in the client's home for periods ranging from 2 to 12 weeks, allowing genuine friendships to be formed. A Live-in carer’s routine follows that of the client; they will take their break at a time that is convenient and will mirror the client’s sleep pattern. For those requiring support overnight a 24-hour plan would be provided to ensure continuous care.
